We think we’ve catered for most of your needs, but if we haven’t, please tell us and we will do our best to help. Within the cottage you’ll find a TV/DVD/CD player, dishwasher, toaster and hair dryer as well as a range of crockery, cutlery and utensils that you would expect.
The wood burning stove is simple to use, but it is best that we help you light it the first time to show you the controls etc. Please, for safety, do not allow the fire to burn with the stove door open!
If you need to launder clothes, there is a washing machine in the utility room, together with iron and ironing board.

The living area boasts a wood burning stove, leather suite, flat screen TV/DVD/ and dining suite. A fridge/freezer, dishwasher, separate oven/hob, microwave and toaster compliment the full range of kitchen units.The two bedrooms sleep four people, one room being a twin room, the other a double. The ‘wet room’ bathroom has a large showering area, bath and built in oak shaker style units.
Outside, a natural stone terrace looks over a large lawned area and some of the most stunning views the Vale of Glamorgan has to offer. A host of walks through a range of open fields and woodland surround Pen Fistla.An abundance of wildlife thrives in the rich country moors and woods. Two country inns, The Red fox and The Barley Mow, are within a five and ten minute walk, each boasting an open fire, real ales and excellent food.
